General Overview

Rent-a-racecar.net is a company that can provide you with your racing dreams without the huge overhead of buying your own car. Be it renting one of our raced prepped and proven cars, or riding along with an experience racing instructor, we can provide an experience that you will simply never forget.

Basics 

Currently we have two cars available, a Brunton Super Stalker, which features 283HP in a mere 1500lb will having you blazing around the VIR or any other track with times to make Corvette and Porshe owners jealous.

We also have a Nissan Sentra GXE, which is fully race prepped, but with a stock engine. This allows for a more reliable and conventional drive allowing newer drivers to get up to speed much more quickly.

Location

We're currently located at the Virginial International Raceway (VIR) and host all of our experience drives there. If you rent a car for a day, we might be able to make arrangements to provide a car at another location in Virginia or the Carolinas.

All VIR Experiences (except Special Spectator Event Ride-A-Longs) are held in conjuction with VIR Club Member Track Days. While at VIR Club you will see exotic and vintage racecars on track during "Advanced Passing Run Groups". This is a unique chance to drive VIR and experience it with club members on the track and in the pits. Rent-A-Racecar and VIR Club welcome you to drive and experience VIR in this "Private" members only setting
